최근 고령친화산업이 차세대 성장동력산업으로서 정책적 관심은 고조되고 있으나 아직도 우리나라의 고령친화산업은 그 기반이 취약한 실정에 놓여 있다. 부산시의 경우도 지역의 신성장 동력산업으로 고령친화산업을 선정하여 활성화에 상당한노력을 기하고 있으나, 이 분야에 관한 연구축적이 이루어지지 못하여 정책의 합리성이 제대로 뒷받침되고 있지 않은 실정이다. 특히 고령친화산업이 지역의 고용을 창출할 새로운 성장동력산업이라고 하면서도 인력수요의 예측에 관한 연구도 미진한상태에 놓여 있다. 이에 본 연구는 부산시 고령친화산업의 연구를 위한 단초로서 지역 여건을 고려한 고령친화산업의 인력 수요예측을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 시계열 분석을 기초로 부산시 고령친화산업의 1969년부터 2010년까지의 연도별자료를 이용하여 2018년까지 고령친화산업의 인력수요를 예측하였다. 시계열분석은 예비단계를 포함하여 4단계에 걸쳐 수행하였다. 연구 분석의 결과 잔차의 자기상관함수와 편자기상관함수에서 절단시점들이 모든 시차에서 신뢰한계 내에서 존재하여 백색잡음모형의 성질을 만족시켜 ARIMA모형을 최종모형으로 선정하였다. 예측은 시계열모형을 정확히 알고 있고, 모형에 포함된 모수들의 측정오차는 예측에 크게 영향을 미치지 않는다는 가정 하에서 이루어졌다. 이에 따라서 2018년까지 고령친화산업 수요인력을 예측한 결과, 7.8% 폭으로 매년 증가하는 것으로 예측되어지고 있다. 이러한 분석의 결과는 향후 고령친화산업의 활성화를 위한 종합적이고 장기적인 계획 수립을 위한 정책정보를 제공한다는 측면에서 연구의 의의가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

A policy interest on Aged-Friendly Industry has been increasing as a growth engine industry for next generation, but studies of it``s industrial foundation is vulnerable. Even we evaluate the Aged-friendly industry as a new growth engine industry that creates local employment, a study on estimation of labor demand for this industry has not been done yet. This study attempt to analyze, with this perspective, a labor demand projection for Aged-Friendly Industry in Busan as a basic research that promotes study of the Aged-Friendly industry. Based on time series analysis, this paper predicts the labor demand of the Aged-Friendly Industry until 2018 using an yearly data of aged-friendly industry in Busan from 1969 to 2010. The time series analysis was carried through 4 preliminary stages. Because amputation points in residual of ACF and PACF exist within a credibility limitation through every time gap this study can select ARIMA Model as final model. This study can provides, with this results, that the labor demand for Aged-Friendly Industry in Busan will increase annually by 7.8% until 2018.
