It`s the fairly realistic and convincing problematic with the current situation, but we can find the more meaningful and helpful analysis of cynicism`s root in Marx` text, especially Kapital and its concept of ``fetish``. This doesn`t seem to overcome the Enlightenment that, according to Sloterdijk, is a root of cynicism. But, Beyond a seeming characteristic of the Enlightenment, Marx` concept of ``fetish`` enables us to think about the most fundamental terrain constructing the cynicism. With regard to the situation of the subject, ``cynicism`` as a superficial diagnosis is connected just only to a acey-deucy theoretical solution, but the thoughts related to ``fetish`` lead to a more in-depth problematic by placing the cynicism in historical and epistemological context. Above all, they hold the significant clues to the cirsis of the subject and the direction of engagement with the present reality.
