본 연구는 한국청소년패널조사(Korea Youth Panel Survey)와 한국교육고용패널(KEEP: Korean Education & Employment Panel) 자료를 활용하여 청소년의 진로성숙도에 영향을 주는 주요 변인의 종단적인 영향관계와 학교진로교육의 효과를 분석하기 위해서 잠재성장모형(Latent Growth Model)을 적용하였다. 분석결과는 KEEP의 경우 진로성숙 수준 초기치에 개인수준의 자기효능감, 학교수준의 학교진로교육이 영향을 주고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 그리고 변화율에는 자기효능감이 영향을 주고 있으며, 이차곡선에서도 역시 개인수준의 자기효능감이 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향력을 주고 있었다. 다음으로 KYPS의 분석결과는 진로성숙 수준 초기치에 학교수준의 학업성취와 학교진로교육이 영향을 주고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 그리고 변화율과 이차곡선에는 학교수준의 학교진로교육만이 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 주고 있었으며, 그 외 변수들은 모두 통계적으로 무의미하였다. 이러한 두 자료의 분석결과를 통해 청소년들의 진로성숙도에 대한 학교진로교육의 효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

This study analyzes the effect of career education on career maturity of adolescents which change with longitudinal and uses a sample from KEEP(Korean Education & Employment Panel) and KYPS(Korea Youth Panel Survey Panel) data. To complete this purpose, we adapted the LGM (Latent Growth Modeling) that can effectively analysis changeability of longitudinal variables like this study`s dependent variables. The results are reported as follows. First of all, Latent Growth Models of KEEP shows that self-esteem and career education found to be a statistically significant factor on the intercept, also self-esteem influenced on slope and quadric. Second, in KYPS, academic achievements and career education found to be a statistically significant factor on the intercept, also, career education influenced on slope and quadric part. Therefore, we can found that the effects of school career education on adolescents` career maturity through results of these two materials.
