이 연구의 목적은 인지와 감성이 융합된 문학 독서 학습 모형을 개발하는 데 있다. 이 연구에서는 문학 이해 과정에 대한 이론을 탐색하고 반응 중심 학습 모형과 가치 탐구 학습 모형에 대한 비판적인 고찰을 바탕으로 새롭게 ``인지와 감성이 융합된 문학 독서 학습 모형(약칭: 인지와 감성 융합 학습 모형)``을 개발하였다. ``인지와 감성 융합 학습 모형``은 ``반응하기 → 이해하기 → 명료화하기 → 평가하기 → 자기화하기``의 5단계로 이루어진다. 1단계는 문학을 즐겁게 접하고 편안하게 반응을 유도하는 감성이 중심이 되고, 2～3단계는 작품을 분석적으로 이해하고 해석하며 설명하는 인지가 중심이 되고, 4단계는 인지와 감성이 균형을 이루는 평가하기가 이루어지며, 5단계는 문학의 반응과 가치를 자기화하는 인지와 감성이 통합되어 이루어진다. 즉 이 모형은 전체적으로 인지와 감성이 융합된 모형이라고 할 수 있다. 앞으로 이 연구에서 개발한 ``인지와 감성 융합 학습 모형``을 문학 독서 수업에 적용한 과정과 결과를 구체적으로 보고하는 연구가 이루어지길 바란다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a literary reading learning model with convergence of cognition and sensibility. This study explored a theory on the literary understanding process, and developed ``literary reading learning model with convergence of cognition and sensibility`` based on a critical consideration on response based learning and value inquiry learning. ``Literary reading learning model with convergence of cognition and sensibility`` is composed of 5 stages in ``responding → understanding → clarifying → evaluating → self-process.`` In Stage 1, sensibility becomes the center, which happily faces literature and induces response comfortably. In stages 2～3, cognition becomes the center, which analytically understands, interprets, and describes a work. In stage 4, cognition and sensibility are balanced to be evaluated. Stage 5 is the one that is integrated cognition and sensibility, which allow response and value in literature to be self-process. A research is desired to be performed in the future, which reports process and outcome that applied ``literary reading learning model with convergence of cognition and sensibility``, which was developed in this study, to a literary reading class.
