In spite of many studies investigating bicycles and their use as a urban transportation method, very few studies focus on empirical flow analysis in bicycle transportation network. Particularly, there are many needs to approach bicycle transportation as connected flows rather than disconnected individual movement. This study analyzes bicycle transportation network as connected flows using Gi statistics by Getis and Ord and its network extension Gij statistics combined with AMOEBA algorithm. The results show that short distance bicycle flows form clusters around local creeks, and long distance bicycle flows forms clusters around the Han River areas. Particularly, the connection areas between local creeks and the Han River identified as functional centers of bicycle transportation.
