대입 전형 요소가 면접의 방향성을 암시하는 기능을 갖지만, 현재 대상자들에게 충분한 요건인지를 확인하고 그 대안을 모색하는 데에 이 연구의 목적이 있다. 면접은 공식적 상황에서 하는 말하기이다. 이는 언어수행의 한 종류로서 교육학적으로는 구성주의 관점에서 논의 되어야 한다. 대학 입학을 위한 시험에서 학생들은 전형 요소에 적절한 정보를 선택하고 구성한다. 그러나 현실적으로 학생들의 목표는 불분명하다. 즉 그들은 취업, 적성, 전망 등의 정보들보다 학업 성적에 의존해 진로를 결정한다. 때문에 자신이 좋아하는 것을 스스로 조사하지 않고 계획을 세우지도 않으며 그렇게 할 겨를도 없다. 연구자는 이를 Q방법론에 의해 연구하였다. 44개의 진술문을 먼저 예시하고 "나는 어떤 분야에 적합한 인재인가?"라는 물음에 대한 응답 내용(59개)을 분석하였다. 이 물음은 다시 말해 자기 판단의 결정적 계기를 반추하는 것이다. 연구자는 응답자들 간 관계에 대해 SPSS Statistics 20 프로그램으로 요인분석을 하였다. 그 결과 4가지 요인이 추출되었다.;(교과)탐구형, 관계형, 개방형, 몰입형. 이에, 학생 각자가 자신의 성향을 알 수 있도록 공평하게 면접 화법 교육이 운영될 필요가 있다. 이는 개별 학습자를 위해 효율적이고 효과적인 수업을 창조하는 일이다. 그 결과, 학습자들은 모두 성실한 자기 탐구 과정에서 대학 입학의 자격을 알 수 있을 것이다. 연구자는 실천 방법으로서 국어과 면접 교육의 내용 요소를 다음과 같이 구성해 보았다.; 1. 목표, 2. 특이경험, 3. 지속적 활동과 그 이유, 4. 활동 범위 및 실적.

Interview is performance which is shown by everyone in formal situation. This is that researchers have studied as educational theme in perspective of constructivism. But students have not objectives for knowing themselves. They decided courses by grades more than aptitude, job and vision. There is no validity between interview and admission selection factors. Namely, the factors are not topics which make good conversation between interviewer (professor) and interviewee (student) because almost students didn`t know themselves and make a plan for entrance interview. Researcher studied on this phenomenon by Q methodology. At first, researcher suggest 44 statements to students. Then, analysed their answers about "Who am I?" (What is relevant job to my aptitude?) based on those statements. That question has made to think deeply of themselves. Researcher extracted interviewee-to-interviewee correlative factors from their answers by SPSS statistics 20 program. As the result, four factors are extracted.; (subject) studding type, relation type, opening type, immersion type. So, speech class is need to design effectively and economically in which they find out many talents for their future. And then they can get the entrance qualifications of university. Researcher composed teaching contents of authentic interview in Korean language speech education as an authentic matter; (1) Objectives, (2) Special experience, (3) Continuous activity and the argument of progress, (4) Scope of activity and record.
