이 글은 지역문학이라는 관점에서 북한문학에 다가선 두 번째 논의다. 광복기, 1945~1950 개성특급시에서 이루어진 문학을 대상으로 삼았다. 을유광복과 함께 그어진 38도선은 개성을 남북한에서 가장 먼저, 좌우 대립과 군사 분쟁을 온몸으로 겪는 지역으로 내몰았다. 그런 가운데 어린이문학은 앞 시기의 전통을 이어받으며 깊어졌다. 마해송이 보여 준 수필과 상승적 통합, 이영철의 활발한 영역 확대가 그것을 대표한다. 거기다 고한승의 복간 ?어린이? 편집이 이바지한 바가 크다. 시에서는 광복 이후 구세대 김광균의 생활시에다, 지역 청년의 고뇌와 격정을 온축한 듯한 신세대 청년시인 고영진 박승훈 김병호의 활동이 이채를 띠었다. 광복기 개성소설은 김소엽이 홀로 맡았다. 아울러 1949년에 벌어진 송악산 전투는 ?십용사전?이라는, 대한민국의 첫 정훈문학을 낳아, 개성의 지역성을 더욱 정치화 했다. 따라서 광복기 개성 지역문학은 광복 이전 간행 작품집에 대한 잦은 복간, 구세대 문인의 압도적인 비중, 온건 좌파 활동에서 급진 우파 활동으로 옮겨간 문학사회 동향이라는 세 가지 됨됨이를 특징적으로 드러낸다.

This writing is about the second discussion on North Korean literature in the view point of regional literature. Literature of Kaesong City during 194 5～1950 `s was mainly focused. The 38th parallel set with the independence exposed 개성 to a situation with military conflict and confrontations between the left and the right at the very first in both South and North Korea. At this situation, children `s literature became deeper and deeper by former tradition. Essays and ascending unification by Ma Hhe Song and active enlargement of domain by Lee Young Cheol represent the fact. Furthermore, the role of Urlini edited by Go Han seung was very important. At the field of poetry, everyday life poem by old generation poet Kim Gwang Kyun and new generation poet Go Young Jin, Park Seung Hun, Kim Byeong Ho showed their passion to Kaesong regional poetry On the other hand, Kim So Yup himself was in charge of novel. In addition, battle of Songaksan in 1949 produced Sipyongsajeon which is the first Agitation-Propaganda Literature in Korea. And that made Kaesong City `s regional characteristic more political. Hence, there are three characteristics in Kaesong regional literature during 1945～1950 `s. Those characteristics are, frequent reissuing of the publications before the 1945 independence, overwhelming importance of old generation writers and movement of the literature society trend from the moderate left to the radical right. This writing is an intermediate work toward Kaesong literature in 1950s. So we have to hurry for next discussion.
