이 연구는 국어교사들의 쓰기 지도 효능감을 탐색하여 구성 요인을 분석하고, 국어교사들의 쓰기 지도 효능감 요인의 수준이 경력별, 성별로 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 분석하는 데에 목적이 있다. 쓰기 지도 효능감의 구성 요인을 분석하기 위해서 먼저 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였는데 이를 통해서 적절하지 않은 문항을 삭제하였다. 다음으로 탐색적 요인분석 결과의 타당성을 확인하기 위하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 국어교사의 쓰기 지도 효능감의 구성 요인은 ``능력 기대 효능감``과 ``결과 기대 효능감``의 두 개 요인으로 나타났다. 요인분석 후에는 요인별 차이를 살펴보기 위해서 MANOVA 분석을 수행하였는데, 쓰기 지도 효능감의 하위 요인들이 교직경력과 성별의 영향을 받는다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히 교직경력은 두 개 하위 요인 모두에 영향을 미쳤는데, 교직경력이 높을수록 쓰기 지도 효능감이 높게 나타났다. 이와 달리 성별은 ``능력 기대 효능감``에만 영향을 미쳤는데 여교사보다 남교사에서 높게 나타났다.

The purpose of this paper is to find factors of teacher efficacy in writing instruction and then to analysis with relevant variance by education experience and gender. The exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and MANOVA were used for data analysis. Questionnaires and surveys were conducted from 692 Korean language teachers for this research, they located national wide. The findings of data analysis showed that：1) The teacher efficacy in writing instruction consist of following two factors, ``competence expectancy efficacy`` and ``outcome expectancy efficacy`` in writing instruction. 2) Teacher efficacy in writing instruction have difference through education experience and gender. More experienced teachers have more higher level of the efficacy. It occur all construct that are ``competence expectancy efficacy`` and ``outcome expectancy efficacy``. And male teachers have more higher level in the ``competence expectancy efficacy`` in writing instruction. These findings showed that the education experience and gender are main factors affecting to teacher efficacy in writing instruction. Lastly, instructional implications for the teacher education and suggestions for further study were also discussed.
