국어 수업은 국어 교사가 학습자, 교재, 교실 내외 환경들과 상호작용하며 학습자의 국어 능력 향상을 꾀하는 역동적인 생태 현상이다. 이번 연구에서는 이러한 국어 수업의 관점 변화에 따라 국어 교사는 자신의 교수역량을 스스로 개선하고 수업의 질을 향상시키기 위해 학습자를 배려하는 교사가 되어야 함을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 국어 수업이 생태 현상임을 드러내고 국어 교사의 전문성이 재개념화되어 생태학적 문해력을 포함해야 함을 증명하였다. 또한 교사 자기 평가의 원리를 구안하면서 국어 교사에게 배려가 교육적 진화를 위한 성찰적 행위임을 보였다. 그리고 생태학적 특성을 통해 구체적인 평가 원리를 구안하였다. 예를 들어 공감적 소통의 원리, 모둠 협동 학습의 원리, 지역 공동체와 연계의 원리, 국어과 교육과정 재구조화의 원리, 학습자의 언어 발달에 적절한 텍스트 제공의 원리, 학습 지원의 원리가 있다. 이러한 국어 수업 자기평가 원리가 실현되면 전문가로서의 국어 교사는 수업의 여러 요소들과 상호작용하며 수업의 질을 개선하고 학습자의 국어능력을 향상시키기 위해 배려하는 노력을 아끼지 않을 것이다.

Korean language class is a dynamic ecological phenomenon to improve learners` language skill with teachers interacting with learners, teaching materials, and the environment in and out of the classroom. In this research, I`m going to probe into teachers` role of considering learners to improve their own teaching skills and the quality of lessons depending on the changing perspectives of language lesson. For this, I proved that Korean language lesson is an ecological phenomenon and the expertise of Korean language teachers should be reconceptualized and include ecological literacy. Besides, developing the principles of teachers` self-assessment, I showed to Korean language teachers that caring is reflexive acts for educational evolution. And I developed specific evaluation principles through ecological quality. For instance, it includes empathic communication, cooperative learning, connection with communities, restructuring of curriculum, provision of texts, and support of scaffolding. When these self-assessment principles of class are realized, Korean language teachers as an expert will spare no effort to improve the quality of teaching and learners` language ability in harmony with the various teaching elements.
