As the importance of human resource management(HRM) in native English teacher(NET) increases, the necessity of development on HRM integration model for NET has been raising. Thus, this study explores HRM integration model for effective NET management in Korea. The results of this study are as follows. First, the number of NET has increased 9 times since 2005 and the students` learning ability of English has raised than ever. Second, HRM system is composed of function and process of management. Third, important issues of function on NET HRM are procurement management, development management, compensation management, and maintenance management. Last, the integration model of NET HRM is developed. The integration model includes human resource inputs - transition - outputs, law and regulation, NET labor market, and management strategy. For the integration model to succeed in NET HRM, alignment is required among the variables within the integration model.
