This study is aimed to analyze outcomes of PISA09 and those of NAEA09-10. First of all, the outcomes from linkage analysis, the correlation between scale scores of PISA 2009 and that of NAEA 09-10 is shown as .73 of all groups. Second, among the participating students, the percentage gap of students at high level is somewhat large, but, that of students at low level is similar. Third, considering results of item response analysis, the rate of correct answers to ``integrate and interpret`` domain is relatively low. In terms of text type, the percentage of correct answers to ``literature text`` is relatively low. Fourth, according to the results of engaging in reading, the index of enjoyment of reading and the index of memorization strategy is highest. Sixth, considering analysis of reading attitude of students in group A and B, the index of reading enjoyment and control strategy is critical.
