국어교사의 작문평가 전문성은 현실적인 요구가 매우 큼에도 불구하고 이를 높일 수 있는 방안에 대한 논의는 충분하지 못했다. 이에 따라이 글에서는 국어교사의 작문평가 전문성 신장 방안을 주요 주제로 논의 하였다. 논의의 토대를 마련하기 위하여 작문평가의 문제적 국면을 국어교사 양성의 국면, 작문평가 실행의 국면, 작문 평가의 경험적 국면으로 설정하여 다루고, 이를 토대로 하여 국어교사 평가전문성의 신장 방안 두 가지를 검토하였다. 하나는 국어교사의 개별적 특성에 기반을 둔 것이고, 다른 하나는 평가 도구 및 평가 환경 개선에 기반을 둔 것이다. 전자에 속하는 방안으로는 채점의 엄격성 유지 훈련, 작문평가 효능감의 신장, 평가 과정 점검 질문의 개발 및 적용, 평가 경험의 확대를 제안하였으며, 후자에 속하는 방안으로는 평가 기준의 상세화 및 평가 척도의 적정화, 평가 예시문의 선정 및 활용, 국어교사 협의회의 운영, 작문평가 반성 전략의 활동을 제안하였다. 이러한 방법들은 국어교사의 작문평가 전문성을 기르는 데 효과적일 것으로 예상된다.

The purpose of this paper is the investigation into ways to promote specialities of Korean language teachers in writing assessment. Until now there is no enough academic attention to levels of the teachers` speciality of writing assessment. Then this paper is trying to speculate on the theme. First, to make a foundation of inspection, this paper explored three problematic situations as education for Korean language teachers, performance of writing assessment, and experience of writing assessment. Second, this paper proposed the method of promotion the specialities two dimensions : the individual properties based, assessment tools and environment reformation based. The individual properties based way is relate into ⑴ training of stable severity on writing assessment, ⑵ upward self-efficacy of writing assessment Korean, ⑶ development and application of question strategies in processes of writing assessment, ⑷ extension of the assessment experiences of Korean teachers. The assessment tools and environment based way is related into ⑴ specification of writing rubric and mediation of the assessment scale, ⑵ selection and application of anchor paper in writing assessment, ⑶ management of Korean language teachers` conferences for writing assessment, ⑷ reflective strategies for writing assessment improvement.
