본 논문은 직접 평가로서 텍스트 분석 평가의 필요성과 현재 국가 수준 평가에서 텍스트 분석 평가의 양상을 살펴보고, 현실적이고 구체적인 실행 방안을 구안하였다. 그간 과정중심의 패러다임에서 결과 평가가 도외시된 경향이 있지만 학생의 글을 정교하게 분석하는 ‘텍스트 분석 평가’는 쓰기 직접 평가로서의 가치가 높다. ‘텍스트 분석 평가’는 실행이 비교적 용이하여 현재 서답형의 방식으로 시행되고 있다. 그러나 국가 수준 평가에서 서답형 문항들을 분석한 결과, 요구하는 텍스트의 길이가 너무 짧고, 평가 요소가 너무 제한적이고, 배점이 적은 등의 문제가 발견되었다. 온전한 한 편의 글을 쓰도록 하는 문항을 개발하고 배점을 높인다면 텍스트 분석 평가를 활용한 쓰기 직접 평가는 충분히 가능하다. 텍스트 분석 평가를 현실적으로 실행하기 위해 우선 평가 내용을 결정하는 요인인 글의 목적, 글의 형식, 평가 요소, 평가 방식을 축으로 하여 1차적 평가 틀을 구성하였다. 이상적인 문항 개발의 과정은 평가 틀에 의거하여 ‘글쓰기 지시문’ 서술, ‘요구하는 답안의 조건’ 결정, ‘배점’결정, 채점 기준 서술, 예시 답안 결정의 순으로 진행된다.

This article`s aims are explaining about textual analysis evaluation`s need and aspects as writing direct evaluation. And I made detailed performance method of textual analysis evaluation. ``Textual analysis evaluation`` is good method for writing direct evaluation because it analyze learner`s specific text. It is relative easy to performed, so recently it is performed in constructed-reponse items. But it have some problems ; short reponse text, restrictive evaluation elements, little allotment of marks. If we develop items that make learner write whole text and give more points to item, writing direct evaluation is possible. For detailed performance method of textual analysis evaluation, first, I made frame for evaluation. It is constructed with text`s aim, form, evaluation element and evaluation method. Second, I suggested typical process of items development by frame for evaluation. The stages are like this ; description of ``writing instructions``, decision of ``response``s condition``, decision of allotment of marks, description of grading standards, choice of an example text.
