이 논문은 평가 요소의 체계를 세워 이를 초등 담문 평가 척도로 활용하는 데 목적이 있다. 글쓰기의 평가 원리는 진실성, 충실성, 일관성, 참신성, 그리고 정확성이다. 이런 원리로 쓰인 담문은 글쓰기 평가 범주와 깊이 관련된다. 글쓰기의 평가 범주는 제재, 조직, 구성, 표현, 규칙으로 나뉜다. 이러한 글쓰기의 범주를 하위 요소로 체계를 갖추어야 평가의 척도로 활용할 수 있다. 제재는 제목, 주제, 내용의 진실을, 조직은 문단의 중심문장과 뒷받침문장의 긴밀한 관계를, 구성은 담문 전개의 큰 흐름을, 표현은 비유와 역설, 풍자와 골계의 참신한 기법 활용을, 규칙은 맞춤법, 문장 구조, 문법의 정확한 표기 준수를 의미한다. 이런 평가 범주의 하위 요소를 체계화해야 글쓰기 평가를 과학화할 수 있다. 글쓰기 평가는 기초에서부터 엄정하게 이루어져야 한다. 초등 담문 평가를 위하여 글쓰기 범주의 하위 요소를 추출하여 체계를 세웠다. 이런 체계를 평가의 도구로 활용하면 글쓰기 평가의 객관도를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 그러면 글쓰기의 체제도 더욱 굳건해지리라.

This article is aimed at building the evaluation-factor system and using that for the standard in elementary writing assessment. The principles in writing assessment is sincerity, substantiality, coherence, novelty and accuracy. Texts written with these principles are deeply concerned with writing assessment category. Writing assessment category is divided into material, organization, construction, expression and transcription. This writing category can be used for assessment standard in case of being systematic with subordinate factors. Material means the sincerity of theme, subject and contents. Organization means the close relation between main sentence and support sentences. Construction means the massive stream of text development. Expression means using the brand-new technique like metaphor, paradox, sarcasm or humor. Transcription means following the rule in spelling, sentence construction and grammar. Writing assessment should be realized strictly from basis. Assessment system is built for evaluation, extracting subordinate factors in writing category. If used in evaluation, objectivity in writing assessment will be enhanced. May writing system be strong and steady.
