In this paper, I reargued on the concept of regional language, and necessities and methods of regional language education· I suggested the concept of ‘regional language’ as the language which is communicated within the regional community as a daily language including old direct of the community· The object of the education should be a daily language of their regional community· It make the development and preservation of regional language more efficiently· I suggested four necessities of regional language education· Those are preservation of a regional language, preparation of globalization, decrease of social transaction costs, and overcoming of dehumanization· For more effective regional language education, I suggested three methods· First, we apply widening horizons like social education· Second, we make students to use their regional language and to have capability of converting their regional language into cultural contents· At last, we teach not old direct but daily language·
