본 연구는 Block과 Kremen(1996) 그리고 Klohnen(1996)의 자아탄력성개념에 기초하여, 장애학생 부모 의 자아탄력성을 개발하기 위한 목적으로 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 Block과 Kremen 그리고 Klohnen의 자기탄력성 개념을 참고하여 이론적 구인체계를 구성하고 문항을 작성하여 수도권 특수학교 부모 319명을 대상으로 예비검사와 본 검사를 실시하여 타당성을 검증하였다. 예비검사와 본 검사 자료 수집결과를 분석하여 최종적으로 6요인, 18문항으로 구성된 장애학생 부모의 자아탄력성을 개발하였다. 장애학생 부모의 자아탄력성 18문항은 문항-전체 간 상관이 높고 내적합치도로 알아본 결과 신뢰도도 만족할 정도로 높았다. 또한 척도의 준거-관련 타당도를 검증하기 위해 양육스트레스, 정 적 정서, 부적 정서 및 심리적 안녕감과의 상관분석을 수행하였는데 그 결과 장애학생 부모의 자아 탄력성은 양육스트레스와 정적 정서, 부적 정서, 우울과 모두 비교적 높은 상관관계를 나타내었다. 이와 더불어 장애학생 부모의 자아탄력성이 양육스트레스와 심리적 안녕감 간에 매개변인으로 작용 하는지를 구조모형 검증을 통해 확인하였다. 그 결과 장애학생 부모의 자아탄력성은 양육스트레스 와 심리적 안녕감간의 매개변인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이 연구의 제한점과 앞으로의 연구방향이 논의되었다.

This study is aimed to develop ego-resiliency scale of parents with students with disabilities, based on a ego-resiliency scale of parents with students with disabilities definition by Block and Kremen, Klohnen. Theoretical system on ego-resiliency definition organized, considering definitions by Block and Kremen, Klohnen and new items for this study are developed. 319 parents of special school in Metropolitan area were surveyed and validity was verified by practicing preliminary testing and present testing. Ego-resiliency scale of parents with students with disabilities scale, which are composed of six factors with eighteen items, is developed by analyzing data results from the surveys. The eighteen items show high correlation between items. Reliability from inter-item consistency reliability is also high. Correlation analysis is applied to evaluate between conformity of scale and related propriety. From the analysis suggests that ego-resiliency scale of parents with students with disabilities has strong interrelationship with parenting stress, positive affect and negative affect and psychological welling-being. Structural equation modeling technique was adopted to investigate whether there were direct or indirect relationships among these three variables. Ego-resiliency scale of parents with students with disabilities works as a parameter between parenting stress and psychological welling-being. Finally, the study`s limits and further discussion are suggested.
