본 연구에서는 남녀 청소년을 대상으로 대인관계 성향에 따라 어떤 군집이 형성되고, 이 군집에 따 라 내재화 및 외현화 등의 문제행동에서 차이를 보이는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 수도 권 소재 광역시에 거주하고 있는 남녀 고등학생 504명을 대상으로 대인관계 성향과 내재화 및 외현 화 문제에 대해 설문조사하였다. 대인관계 성향에 대한 군집분석 결과 남학생과 여학생 모두 4개의 군집으로 분류되었다. 남학생은 회피적 미분화형, 독립적 반항형, 관계주도형, 갈등적 미분화형으로 구분되었으며, 여학생은 회피적 미분화형, 의존적 반항형, 관계지향형, 갈등적 미분화형의 하위유형을 나타냈다. 남녀 청소년 모두 갈등적 미분화형, 반항형 집단에서 비행, 공격과 같은 외현화 문제 행동 점수가 가장 높았으며, 관계주도형과 관계지향형 집단에서 문제행동 점수가 가장 낮았다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 남녀 청소년의 대인관계 성향에 따라 형성된 하위군집에서 내재화 및 외현화 문제행동이 다르게 나타날 수 있음을 강조하고 교육 및 상담적 개입에 대한 함의를 논의하였다.

This study examined natural groupings of people in terms of the sub-factors of interpersonal relations disposition and their differences in adolescemt behavioral problems, including internalizing and externalizing problem. The survey included 504 male and female high school students from Incheon Metropolitan City. As for behavior problems, female students clearly had more internalizing problem than male students while male students had more externalizing problem than female students. The cluster of interpersonal relations disposition divided male students into such sub-categories as avoidant-undifferentiate group, independent-resistant group, relations-dominant group, and conflicting-undifferenciate group, and female students into avoidant-undifferentiate group, dependentresistant group, relations-oriented group, and conflicting-undifferentiate group. In the case of male students, there are differences in such externalizing problems as delinquency and aggression. But for female students, there are differences in both internalizing problems as withdrawal and externalizing problem. This results suggests that there were sub-clusters in interpersonal relations disposition and differences in internalizing and externalizing problems according to the cluster in male and female students.
