본 연구는 Wee 프로젝트의 2차 안전망인 Wee 센터를 하나의 프로그램으로 설정하고, Wee 프로그램 관련 주체인 학생, 교사, 상담자가 그들의 관점에서 Wee 프로그램 효과에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 개념도 방법론을 통해 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 천안 Wee 프로그램에 실제로 참여하고 있거나 참여한 경험이 있는 학생, 교사, 상담자 각각 20명(피면접자 각 10명, 유목분류 각 10명)이 연구에 참여하였다. 연구 결과, Wee 프로그램 효과에 대한 개념으로 54개의 진술문이 추출되었다. 또한 세 관련 주체의 Wee 프로그램 효과에 대한 5개의 군집은 ‘학생의 문제해결 및 성장’, ‘학교조직 안정화’, ‘Wee 프로그램 체험의 즐거움’, ‘학생보호자의 만족과 성취’, ‘Wee 센터의 포괄적 지원 체제’ 등으로 나타났다. 다차원척도 분석 결과는 ‘개인-Wee 센터 초점’ 차원과 ‘이용자 만족-상담자 직무만족’ 차원이 나타났다. 범주에 대한 중요성은 세 집단 모두 높은 평정 점수를 보였고, 평균 점수는 집단별로 약간 차이가 있었다. 본 연구는 Wee 프로그램의 소단위 프로그램의 내용을 구성하거나 프로그램 평가 준거를 마련하는데 기초적인 정보를 제공해주었다는 데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was identify the how students, teachers and counselors recognized the effectiveness of the Wee program from their own perspectives. 20 students, 20 teachers and 20 counselors who are actually participating in Cheonan Wee program were chosen as research participants. They were all interviewed one by one and 54 statements were lastly extracted by concept mapping. As a result, the hierarchical cluster analysis of the statements on the effectiveness of Wee Program represented into five clusters; ``problem solving and growth of students,`` ``stabilization of school system,`` ``joy of experiencing Wee Program,`` ``satisfaction and accomplishment of guardians`` and ``comprehensive support system of Wee center.`` Multidimensional scaling showed a level of ``an individual-Wee center focus`` and a level of ``customer``s satisfaction-counselor``s work satisfaction.`` Also, students, teachers and counselors evaluated all the effectiveness highly. Finally, the limits of this study and ideas for further research were suggested.
