본 연구에서는 우리나라 부부집단 상담프로그램의 연구동향을 살펴봄으로써 최근 대두되고 있는 부부갈등에 따른 이혼 등의 사회적 문제를 감소시키기 위한 부부집단 상담프로그램의 개발과 질적 향 상, 그리고 연구에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2000년도부터 2011년까지 발표된 부부집단 상담프로그램 관련논문 34편을 대상으로 분석하였고 평정항목에는 이론적 토대, 주제, 평가와 구조적 요인 등을 포함하였다. 이론적 토대로는 Satir의 이론을 가장 많이 사용하였고, 프로그램 회기 상의 주제로는 의사소통과 갈등대처/해결을 가장 많이 다루었다. 측정도구로는 의사 소통 측정도구를 가장 많이 사용하였으며 그 중에도 Bienvenu의 부부의사소통검사가 가장 많았고 다 음으로는 결혼만족도 도구를 많이 사용하였는데 특히 Snyder의 결혼만족도 척도를 가장 많이 사용 하였다. 효과검증방법으로는 질적 분석을 가장 많이 사용하였으며 그 다음은 Paired-t test 순이었다. 참여대상을 가족생활주기별로 살펴보면 주기별 구별없이 결혼한 부부를 대상으로 한 논문이 가장 많았고 참여인원은 6쌍 이내가 많았으며 프로그램 회기 및 운영소요시간으로는 6회기 이내(900분 이내)가 가장 많았다. 마지막으로 연구결과의 의미와 차기 부부프로그램의 발전을 위한 제언을 논의 하였다.

This study aims to examine a research trend on the group counseling program for couples in Korea which is designed to reduce social problems such as divorce by conflict, and also aims to develop program and its quality improvement. To achieve such objectives, this study analyzed 34 articles on the group counseling program for couples from 2000 to 2011 with evaluation factors including theoretical foundation, topic, assessment and structural factors. For theoretical foundation, the theory of Satir has been used most. Communication and conflict management/resolution are the most frequently dealt topics. As for assessment tools, a communication assessment tool was the widest used one, especially the MCI (Marital Communication Inventory) developed by Bienvenu. It was followed by the used of the MSI (Marital Satisfaction Inventory) of Snyder. For verifying the effect, qualitative analyses were mainly used which was followed by the Paired-t test. When the participants were examined by family life cycle, articles on married couples without differentiation of cycle took up the highest portion. As for the number of participants, less than 6 couples were the majority and as for the session and operating time, less than 6 sessions (within 900 minutes) were the majority. This study also discussed the meaning of such results and suggested for the development of a counseling program for couples.
