본 연구의 목적은 언헤도니어 경향이 정신건강 변인 분열성성격, 우울, 분노, 사회불안 사이에서 나타나는 경로를 검증하고, 언헤도니어 경향에 대한 심리상담적 개입 및 대응 방향을 모색하는데 있다. 서울시내 소재한 2개 대학에 재학 중인 남녀학생 202명을 대상으로 42개 문항으로 구성한 질문지 조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 경로분석의 최대우도법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 언헤도니어 경향은 분열성성격, 우울, 분노, 사회불안과 모두 유의미한 상관을 보였으며 설정한 연구모형의 경로계수는 모두 유의미하였다. 사회불안은 우울을 거쳐 언헤도니어 경향에 영향을 미칠 것이며, 우울은 분노 행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 설정한 연구모형 경로가 확인되었다. 또, 언헤도니어 경향은 분열성성격에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 경로 또한 확인되었다. 아울러 언헤도니어 경향에 대한 예방은 사회불안과 우울에 대한 조기 대응이 관건이라 해석할 수 있었다. 언헤도니어 경향의 심리상담적 개입은 인지적 오류 및 부정적 도식에 대한 검토, 발달병리학적 정보 수집을 전제로 지지적 대인관계 경험이 수반된 인지행동치료 접근이 효과가 있을 것이다.

A purpose of this study is to verify path between anhedonia tendendy, depressison, social anxiety, anger and schizoid personality, and to explore direction of psychological counseling in anhedonia tendendy. Subjects of survey were 202 students who belong to two colleges in Seoul. Survey of questionnaire composed by 42 question items was investigated. Collected data was analyzed using Full Information Maximum Likelihood (FIML) of path analysis. Anhedonia tendendy showed significant correlation with depressison, social anxiety, anger and schizoid personality. The path coefficient of the established research model showed also all significant. Influence of social anxiety on anhedonia tendendy via depression, and influence of depression on anger were effective. And influence of anhedonia tendendy on schizoid personality were effective too. The key to prevention of the anhedonia tendendy is in early intervention for social anxiety and depression. Cognitive Behavior Therapy will be useful for therapeutic intervention of anhedonia tendendy, and it should involve the review of the development pathological information, supportive interpersonal relationships.
