본 연구는 의대생의 중독 수준과 스트레스, 알코올 중독, 인터넷 중독 및 도박중독에 있어서 성별 및 학년 간 차이를 확인하고, 스트레스와 이들 중독과의 관계에서 영적 안녕이 매개효과를 보이는 지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구결과는 첫째, 성별 차이에서는 알코올 중독과 도박중독에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 학년 간 차이에서는 스트레스, 알코올 중독 및 인터넷 중독에서 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 사후검증에서는 스트레스와 인터넷 중독에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 성별은 알코올 중독, 도박중독 간에 부적 상관을 보였고, 학년은 스트레스, 인터넷 중독 간에 는 정적 상관을, 알코올 중독, 도박중독과는 부적 상관을 보였다. 영적 안녕은 스트레스, 알코올 중 독, 인터넷 중독, 도박중독과는 부적 상관을 보였고, 스트레스와 인터넷 중독은 정적 상관을, 도박중독은 알코올 중독 및 인터넷 중독과도 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 넷째, 스트레스와 인터넷 중독과의 관계에서 영적 안녕이 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 성별 및 학년에 따른 맞춤식 예방과 상담적 접근이 필요하며, 특히 스트레스로 인해 인터넷 중독 문제를 경 험하고 있는 의대생을 상담함에 있어서 영적 안녕감에 초점을 두어 개입할 때 더 효과적일 수 있음을 시사한다.

This study was to test the effects of medical students` stress on alcohol addiction, internet addiction and problem gambling through spiritual well-being. The results were as follows: First, alcohol addiction and problem gambling were different according to the gender. Second, stress, alcohol addiction and internet addiction were different according to the grade. Third, gender, alcohol addiction and problem gambling were negatively correlated. Grade, stress and internet addiction were positively correlated. Grade, alcohol addiction and problem gambling were negatively correlated. Spiritual well-being, stress, alcohol addiction, internet addiction and problem gambling were negatively correlated. Stress and internet addiction were positively correlated. Alcohol addiction and problem gambling were positively correlated. Problem gambling and internet addiction and were positively correlated. Forth, medical students` spiritual well-being partially mediated the relation between stress and internet addiction.
