본 연구의 목적은 일선 학교에 도입된 온라인 시스템인 에듀팟과 연계한 여고생용 진로자기효능감 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 진로자기효능감 프로그램은 사회적 인지 진로이론, 진로발달이론, 인지행동 상담이론을 근거로 하여, 요구분석, 목적 및 목표 설정, 기존 프로그램분석, 내용 선정 및 구성, 측정도구 선정, 예비 프로그램 실시, 프로그램 수정 및 보완, 프로그램 실시, 프로그램 평가의 개발절차를 거쳐 개발하였다. 프로그램 평가 단계에서는 프로그램 효과를 검증하기 위해 D광역시 D고등학교 1학년 일반계 여고생 중 프로그램 참가 희망자 24명을 선발하여 실험집단과 통제집단에 12명씩 무선배치하고, 실험집단을 대상으로 5주간 총 10회기를 실시하였다. 고등학생용 진로자기효능감척도를 이용하여 사전, 사후, 추후검사를 실시하였고, 피험자 내 변인과 피험자 간 변인이 혼합된 분할구획요인설계를 사용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 에듀팟 연계 진로자기효능감 프로그램이 여고생의 진로자기효능감을 향상시키고 그 효과가 지속되는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a career self-efficacy program integrated with educational on-line system ``Edupot`` and evaluate its effect on preparatory high school female students. The career self-efficacy program was based on the social cognitive career theory, career development theory, and cognitive behavioral unseling theory.The program was developed according to the following procedures: need analysis, formulation of program goal and objectives, selection and construction of content, selection of instrument, implementation of pilot program, program revision, implementation of the main program, program evaluation. In program evaluation stage, the main program was implemented during 5 weeks(10 sessions) with 12 1st grade female students attending a preparatory high school located in D city. Using the Career Self-Efficacy Scale for High School Students, pretest, posttest, follow-up test was administered to both the experimental and the control group. plit-Plot Factorial Design was used to test the study hypothesis. It was found that the career self-efficacy program integrated with Edupot improved career self-efficacy of preparatory high school female students and its effect persisted.
