본 연구는 대가 치료자로서 소암 이동식 선생의 치료적 개입의 특성과 치료개입 모형을 확인하고자 하였다. 소암 이동식 선생의 치료적 개입의 분석은 6명의 내담자에게서 얻은 총 102회의 사례 축어 록을 분석 자료로 활용하였으며 질적사례연구(Merriam, 1988)에 근거하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 범주 화 분석에서 72개의 단위, 35개의 하위범주, 17개의 범주가 도출되었다. 범주화 결과를 기반으로 하 여 이동식 선생의 치료적 개입 모형을 분석한 결과 ‘노이로제 확인 단계’, ‘핵심감정에 대한 공감적 응답단계’, ‘핵심감정에 대한 반복적 깨달음의 촉진단계’, ‘주체성 회복의 촉진단계’로 나타났다. 또 한 모든 단계에 지속적으로 영향을 미치는 특성으로는 ‘인격적 특성’과 ‘관계적 특성’이 발견되었다. 연구결과에 근거하여 소암 이동식 선생의 특징적인 치료개입으로 ‘핵심감정을 처음부터 끝까지 쥐 고 가며 비춘다’, ‘핵심감정에 신속하게 접근하며 치료 속도가 빠르다’, ‘공감과 공감적 응답이 치유 요인이다’, ‘직지인심直指人心이 치료자 개입의 근본이다’, ‘공감적 질문은 내담자가 하고 싶은 말을 할 수 있도록 돕는 공감적 응답이다’, ‘핵심감정의 반복적 깨달음의 촉진단계에서는 근본적으로 구 경각究竟覺의 상태를 추구한다’, ‘주체성 회복이 치료의 궁극적인 목표이다’ 등이 논의되었다. 구체 적으로 대가 치료자의 치료과정 분석에 근거하여 치료 과정에서 핵심적인 원리들을 기존의 치료 원 리와 비교하여 논의하였다. 본 연구는 국내 대가 치료자의 실제 치료 과정을 분석하여 이론화를 시 도하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.

The study has a purpose to distinctive quality through exploring and understanding quality of master therapist Rhee Dongshick`s therapeutic interventions, core therapeutic intervention, model of therapeutic intervention. Six clients`s therapy, all one hundred zero two sessions were used first analysis data. All sessions`s verbatim was analysed based on the qualitative case study approach(Merriam, 1988). The major results of the analysis are summarized seventy two units, thirty five sub-categories and seventeen categories. Analyzing the relationship among the categories revealed Rhee Dongshick`s therapeutic intervention model. The model introduce that Rhee Dongshick focused four stages, one personal quality and one rational quality with therapeutic process. Four stages is ``the stage of confirmation of neurosis``, ``the stage of empathic responsiveness with nuclear feeling``, ``the stage of promotion of repeated enlightenment with nuclear feeling``, ``the stage of promotion of recovery subjectivity``. Personal quality and relational quality have influence on four stages continuously and powerfully. The study has implications as follow. First the study empirically examined master real therapy sessions. Second ``compassion``, ``empathy and empathic responsiveness(``pointing to the client`s mind``, ``sustained empathic inquiry``) as major Rhee Dongshick`s therapeutic interventions. The study findings on the qualities of Rhee Dongshick`s therapeutic interventions will provide useful information in counselor education and master therapist and supervision research.
