본 연구는 집단 수퍼비전에서 수퍼바이지로서의 경험을 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 1년 이내에 집단 수퍼비전에서 사례발표를 경험한 상담심리사 1급 자격증을 소지한 10명을 심층면담하고 질적 연 구 방법 중의 하나인 근거이론방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 127개의 개념, 57개의 하위범주, 23개의 범주가 도출되었다. 중심 현상으로는 ``부담을 느끼지만, 나를 드러내 놓고 부딪히며 배워 나감``으로 밝혀졌으며 이를 중심으로 참여자들의 경험에 관한 패러다임 모형이 도출되었다. 본 연구 의 결과를 바탕으로 집단 수퍼비전에서 수퍼바이지로서의 경험의 실체를 논의하였으며 나아가 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 하였다. 본 연구는 한국의 사회·문화적 맥락에서 이루어지고 있는 집단 수퍼비 전에 관한 실제적인 이해를 도운 점에 그 의의가 있다.

This study examined supervisee`s experience in group supervision. The grounded theory by Strauss and Corbin`s (1998) was adopted to elucidate the structure of their experiences. In-depth interviews with 10 counselors were collected for the analysis data. We deduced 127 concepts, 57 subcategories and 23 categories from the analysis and finally derived a paradigm model. The central phenomenon was `learning by exposing oneself and facing with problems in spite of the fear of evaluation`. We discussed the implication of the findings and suggested future research issues for a group supervision.
