본 연구의 목적은 집단상담 수퍼비전의 사례보고서에 포함되어야 하는 중요 요소들이 무엇인지를 탐색하고 이에 대한 전문가적 합의를 거쳐 집단상담 수퍼비전 사례보고서 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 집단상담 전문가들의 합의과정을 도출하기 위해서 델파이 방법(Delphi method)을 사용하였다. 집단상담 수퍼비전 사례보고서의 주요 범주와 요소를 찾기 위해 집단상담 수퍼비전 및 사례보고서에 관련된 문헌검토와 현재 한국에서 사용되어지고 있는 집단상담 수퍼비전 사례보고서 양식을 수합하여 각 양식에 포함되어 있는 요소들을 정리하였다. 더불어 전문가들이 제시하는 요소를 포함하여 98개 요소에 대해 중요도와 내적 타당도를 구하였다. 자료 처리는 SPSS17.0 통계프로 그램을 사용하여 각 항목별로 중요도와 내용타당도를 구하였다. 내용 타당도를 측정하는 방법으로 널리 사용되는 방법으로서 Lawshe가 개발한 내적 타당도 산출 공식을 적용하여 집단상담 수퍼비전 사례보고서 모형의 각 항목별로 CVR(Content Validity Ratio)을 산출하였다. 연구결과 집단상담 수퍼비전 사례보고서 모형에 포함될 주요 범주는 집단소개, 집단 프로그램, 집단상담 목표, 집단원, 집단과정, 집단역동, 집단상담 평가, 수퍼비전에서 도움 받고자하는 것, 축어록(비디오자료) 부분이다. 집단상담전문가들의 사례보고서에 포함될 중요 범주와 요소로 ``집단과정``과 ``집단역동``, ``집단상담 평가``에 대한 부분이 매우 중요한 범주와 요소로 평가되었다는 점은 주목할 필요가 있다. 또한 집단원, 집단상담 평가, 집단과정, 집단역동에서도 집단의 실제 상황의 과정 쟁점을 잘 드러낼 수 있는 요소들에 대한 중요도 평가가 높다는 것이 특징적이라고 할 수 있다. 결과를 통합하여 실제 집단상담 수퍼비전사례보고서를 핵심적 요소로만 정리한 요약형 모형과 중요한 정보를 최대한 포함하는 통합형 모형 형태로 정리하여 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore primary elements of supervision case presentation and develop a case presentation supervision model for group counseling. The Delphi method in three rounds was used to reach a consensus among group counseling experts. Literature review on group counseling supervision and case presentation as well as the existing supervision case presentation formats used in group practice in Korea revealed major elements of group counseling case presentation. Further elements reported by group experts were added. The importance and internal validity of the final 98 elements were obtained. Also, the Content Validity Ratio (CVR; Lawshe) was calculated for each of element in our proposed case presentation model. The results showed that group orientation, group programs, group goals, group members, group process, group dynamics, group evaluation, what one wants to focus on in supervision, and transcripts/videos are included in the case presentation model. It is noteworthy that ``group process``, ``group dynamics`` and ``group evaluation`` were rated high in the importance of the categories. Among the three categories, elements that illustrate actual issues in group process were considered more important. Taken together, the case presentation model in group counseling supervision was presented in two forms: a brief version that simply lists core elements of the model and an inclusive version that provides more detailed information.
