본 연구는 초등학교 저학년을 학교폭력 예방을 위하여 이야기 치료를 활용한 프로그램을 구안하고 그 효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 조사, 분석, 설계, 구안, 적용의 5단계로 이루어졌다. 조사단계에서는 다양한 선행연구를 고찰하고 초등학교 2학년 120명을 대상으로 요구조사를 실시하였으며 결과에 따라 회기를 구성하였다. 분석단계는 학교폭력에 대한 각 영역별 하위요소와 함께 문제의 설정, 문제의 외재화, 문제의 내력과 영향력 탐구, 예외상황 탐색과 독특한 결과 발견, 새로운 이야기 창조, 인정의식으로 이루어지는 이야기치료 상담과정을 적용하여 프로그램의 목적과 회기별 목표를 설정하였다. 설계 및 구안단계에서는 목적, 목표, 회기별 목표에 따라 선별된 활동안을 이론 전문가 및 현장전문가의 자문과정과 예비 검사과정을 거쳐 수정·보완하여 최종 프로그램을 구안하였다. 적용단계에서는 본 연구의 가설검증을 위해서 초등학교 2학년 두 학급을 무작위 선정하여 실험집단, 통제집단으로 나누어 프로그램을 실시하였으며 프로그램 전과 후에는 학교폭력 태도검사를 실시하고 혼합변량분석(Mixed ANOVA)으로 자료처리를 하였다. 또한 참가자의 경험보고서, 상담자의 관찰내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과 본 프로그램은 학교폭력에 대한 허용적 태도, 학교폭력 피해 및 가해자의 태도, 학교폭력 발생 시 대처하는 태도 점수를 감소시켜 학교폭력의 잘못된 편견을 올바르게 인식시키고 적절히 대처하는 능력을 향상시키는데 효과적으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study is to develop the school violence prevention program for the lower grades in elementary school using a narrative therapy and to test if this program improve school violence attitude and feelings of prejudice. This school violence prevention program using a narrative therapy is researched, analyzed, designed, developed and applied. It surveyed 120 second grade elementary students for actual requirement. As a result, this program consist of ten session; school violence contents and narrative therapy progress. It developed final program by pilot test, experts of theories, on-the-spot experts. To verify the hypotheses, the School Violence Attitude Test is used. study subjects selected was one class among second grade students of S elementary school in Daejeon. The statistical results are analyzed by Mixed ANOVA. experience reports of the groups and observations by counselors were are analyzed in order to supplement the reliability limits of quantitative result. The results from this research are as follows. there is a significant difference between the sample group and the control group. Also, the program developed by this study has effects in recognizing wrong prejudice on a harmer and a victim as well as permissive attitude toward school violence and in improving their ability to properly deal with school violence.
