본 연구는 수퍼바이지의 성인애착, 놀이치료 수퍼비전 과정에서 자기개방, 수퍼비전 작업동맹의 관계를 구체적으로 밝히고자 하였다. 수퍼바이지의 성인애착이 자기개방에 영향을 미치는데 있어 수퍼비전 작업동맹이 매개변인으로 작용할 것으로 예측하였고 이를 확인하기 위해 최근 6개월 이내에 한 명의 수퍼바이저와 최소한 3회 이상의 개인수퍼비전을 받았거나, 현재 개인수퍼비전을 받고 있는 놀이치료자 103명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집한 자료를 통해 분석한 결과 첫째, 놀이치료 수퍼비전에서 수퍼바이지의 성인애착의 하위변인 불안, 친밀, 의존 중에서 불안과 친밀이 자기개방에 미치는 영향이 유의하였다. 둘째, 수퍼비전 작업동맹이 자기개방에 미치는 영향이 유의하였다. 셋째, 성인애착의 하위변인 불안과 친밀이 자기개방에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 수퍼비전 작업동맹의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 유의한 수준에서 매개효과를 나타났다. 따라서 수퍼비전에서의 성인애착의 하위변인 불안과 친밀은 자기개방에 직접적 영향을 미침과 동시에 작업동맹을 매개로 하여 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study will investigate the mediating effects of working alliance in relation of adult attachment to self disclosure inside supervisee in play therapy supervision. The targets of this research were 103 therapists, who have taken individual supervision at least three time with more than one supervisor or who taking now. The result of study as follows: First, this paper examine the identification of the relation in the sub factors of adult attachment. In the process of identifying the factors, it shows that the sub factors of adult attachment(anxiety, closeness) has a significant relation with the self disclosure. Second, The Supervision working alliance has a significant relation with self disclosure. Finally, The working alliance mediates between adult attachment(closeness, anxiety) and self disclosure.
