본 연구의 목적은 한국판 실제관계 척도-상담자용(Korean version of Real Relationship Inventory-Therapist Form)의 신뢰도와 타당도를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 160명의 상담자(남자: 14명, 여자: 146명)이 한국판 실제관계 척도-상담자용, 작업동맹, 전이, 회기평가(깊이와 순조로움), 상담자의 부정적 역전이 행동, 그리고 사회적 선회도를 평정한 자료를 사용하였다. 확인적 요인분석 결과, 이론에서 제시한 실체성과 진정성의 두요인 구조가 확인되었다. 실제관계는 작업동맹, 회기평가와 정적 상관을 보였으며, 부정적 전이와 상담자의 부정적 역전이 행동과는 부적 상관을 보였다. 또한 실제관계는 상담자의 이론적 접근 중에서 인본주의적 접근과 정적상관을 보였으며, 상담자의 경력과 회기수와도 정적상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 선행연구들과 비교하였으며, 실제관계 척도의 향후 활용방안과 연구의 제한점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of the present study was to examine reliability and validity of the Korean version of Real Relationship Inventory-Therapist Form(KRRI-T). A total of 160 practicing counselors(14 males and 146 females) completed KRRI-T and other measures such as working alliance inventory(WAI), transference, session evaluation questionnaire(SEQ)-depth and smoothness, the inventory of counselor`s counter-transference behavior(K-ICB), and social desirability. The KRRI-T was found to have sound reliability and validity. The result of the confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) yielded two factor model was statistically appropriate as theorized. The KRRI-T correlated significantly with measure of working alliance, session outcome(depth and smoothness), and client negative transference. Discriminant validity was also supported by a nonsignificant relation to social desirability. Implication and future recommendation for future research were discussed.
