본 연구의 목적은 상담에서 중요한 비중을 차지하는 상담자 의도, 구조적 특징을 살펴보기 위하여 청소년 내담자가 의뢰한 문제의 상담 사례 회기 중 상담자와 내담자간에 발생하는 상호작용을 질적연구방법 중 하나인 대화분석을 적용하여 검토해 보는 것이다. 본 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담회기 중 상담자는 자신의 의도를 가지고 상담에 임하며, 상담회기 중 아날로그 소통과 디지털 소통을 병행하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상담 대화 장면에서 반응하기와 책임, 자기노출 등의 주관적 경험, 그리고 내담자의 행동에 대한 해석과 반응이 작용하고 이러한 과정 속에서 인접 쌍과 차례지키기가 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to apply and review interactions between counselor and client in a adolescent`s counseling case in order to identify counselor`s agenda and structural characteristics which play important roles in counseling practice. The main results of this study are as follows: First, in the session, counselors engaged in counseling with some their own agenda, and used analog communication and digital communication in parallel in counselling sessions. Second, there were reaction, accountability, counselors and clients` experience, and interpretation and reaction to behaviors of the other party between counselors and clients, and adjacency pairs and turn-taking system appeared in the process.
