The research question of the study was that "How differently would Korean clients evaluate the ethic of dual relationships with their counselors, according to the client`s contact boundary style especially introjection and confluence?" The hypothesis was that group participants with higher level of introspection and confluence would evaluate the ethic of potential dual relationship with their counselors more positively. One hundred and fifty college students in a `Interpersonal Relationship Training` class completed eight-week group counseling sessions and participated in the study. The study found a significant correlation between the participant`s introjection and their ethical perception of the most non-sexual dual relationship situations. Contrary, no significant correlation between the confluence and the ethical perception was found in general.
