본 연구는 대학생의 동료에 대한 애착정도가 성별과 학년, 나이에 따라 차이가 있는지 확인하며, 그것이 자아분화와 인간관계 성숙도와 어떠한 관계가 있는지에 대해서 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 그리고 이를 통해 상담 장면에서 대학생의 문제를 동료와의 적절한 애착과 관련시켜 이해할 뿐만 아니라 이를 바탕으로 그들의 효율적인 학교생활에의 적응을 도울 수 있는 상담 및 교육 프로그램의 기초자료를 얻고자하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시에 소재하는 D대학교에 재학중인 501명을 연구 대상으로 하여 설문지 조사를 통해 연구하였다. 연구 척도로는 부모 및 또래 애착 척도와 자아분화 척도 및 인간관계 변화 척도를 사용하였다. 자료처리는 성별차를 알아보기 위해서 t-검증을, 연령 차이를 알아보기 위해서 일원변량분석을, 애착, 자아분화와 인간관계성숙도와의 관계 정도를 상관분석을 실시하였고 동료에 대한 애착과 자아분화와 인간관계성숙도와의 관계 정도를 알아보기 위해 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 보면 첫째, 대학생의 동료에 대한 애착정도는 성별에 따라 차이가 있었다. 남학생은 여학생보다 동료에 대한 애착이 더 높았다. 둘째, 대학생의 동료에 대한 애착 정도는 학년, 나이에 따라 차이가 없다. 셋째, 대학생의 동료에 대한 애착과 자아분화 인간관계성숙도는 상관관계가 있었다

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of college student`s peer attachment on self-differentiation and interpersonal relations in adolescence. To accomplish the purpose of this study, the hypothesis of this study were established as follows; First. There will be difference in attachment to peer according to sex. Second. There will be difference in attachment to peer according to grade and age. Third. There will be high level attachment to peer will be high self-differentiation. Fourth. There will be high level attachment to peer will be high interpersonal. The subjects of the study were 501 student`s attending D university in Pusan City. Instruments used for this study were the Attachment Scale, Self-differentiation Scale and Interpersonal Relationship Change Scale. The data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and simple regression analysis, processed by SPSS VER 8.0. The results were as follows; First. There is difference in adolescence attachment to peer according to sex. Man are high level attachment to peer than women. Second. There is no difference in adolescence attachment to peer according to grade and age. Third. It is correlated between adolescence attachment to peer, self-differentiation and interpersonal. Fourth. Have influence of college student`s peer attachment on self-differentiation and interpersonal in adolescence.
