군 복무중인 현역 병사들의 자아 성장과 인간관계 능력은 군 생활 적응은 물론 향후 건전한 사회인으로서 역할수행에 있어서 중요하다. 본 연구는 상담 및 심리치료 방법으로서 정서적, 인지적, 행동 적 접근의 통합적 접근방법 이론인 교류분석(TA)을 통하여 복무중인 현역 병사의 자아 상태와 스트로크 교환을 객관적으로 분석하여 병영생활에서 인간관계시스템을 바람직하게 개선시키기 위한 기 초 자료로 활용하기 위한 목적으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구를 위해 2006년 5월부터 6월까지 포항 OO 부대에 설문지를 배부 하였고, 회수된 123부의 설문지가 분석에 활용되었다. 연구 결과 현역지원병 의 전체적인 자아 상태 평균은 NP를 정점으로 FC가 높고 CP와 A, AC가 낮은 완만한 M형(명랑 낙 관형)의 이고그램으로 나타났다. 스트로크 교환방식은 상호 긍정적 스트로크를 많이 주고받는 것으로 나타났으나, 부정적 스트로크 교환도 높음을 알 수 있었다.

Self-growth and ability of personal relations of voluntary soldiers in the military services are indeed important both for an successful adjustment for military lives as well as for the life after the services. This research is undertaken to analyze processes voluntary soldiers of ego-state and stroke exchange through transactional analysis(TA) in objective manner with a view for it to be used as basic data base that is aimed at promoting an enhancement of human relations system in the military services. 123 questionnaire had been collected from Pohang x x Military unit during the period between May and June, 2006. As a result of this study that an average score of the volunteer have come out high in NP based on FC summit while CP & A, AC were low and loose in M type ego-gram. Methods of stroke exchange have come out high on both positive stroke which is giving and receiving to others.
