As the interaction of students with native English teachers increases, the psychological relationship between students and their native English teachers is in play for English teaching and learning. This study explores perceptions of secondary school students, teachers, parents on native English teacher`s team teaching. The study surveyed 235 middle and high school students, 127 teachers, and 145 parents. The findings are as follows: 1) Rural area students, teachers and parents have more participation rate than urban area. 2) Students did not take native English teacher`s classes seriously. Instead they want the classes to be fun and not being calculated into their grades. 3) The study suggests that the current decrease of native English teachers should be well-planned in such a way that the reduction should be made from high schools in city areas first, move gradually on toward rural areas, and then from middle schools in city areas to rural areas.
