In this paper, the preferred solar industry outlook for the supply and demand of professionals is to research. For this purpose, sales and production capacity of the solar industry with data correlation and regression analysis was used to predict the labor demand. The workforce supply capacity of solar-related educational institutions located in Chungbuk were analyzed. Predictive value of demand and supply of professionals have analyzed by the supply and demand of difference. High school graduate or less of the workforce is predicted by the spirit of 150-270, but is expected supply sufficient. Workforce of college graduates each year, from 90 to 165 people are expected to demand, supply personnel and 103 people, the department made the characterization of the ground 160 can be supplied. University graduates`s workforce from 100 to 180 people a year are expected to demand, supply personnel 75people, the department made the characterization of the ground 170 can be supplied.
