본 연구는 초등학생의 부모애착과 진로포부의 관계에서 친구 및 교사 지지와 낙관성의 매개효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산시 초등학생 391명을 대상으로 부모애착, 진로포부, 친 구 및 교사 지지, 낙관성척도로 구성된 설문을 실시하였으며, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통한 매개효과 검증을 하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 부모애착이 진로포부에 직접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 낙관성이 진로포부에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 부모애착은 친구 및 교사 지지와 낙관성을 순차적으로 매개하여 진로포부에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 부모애착은 낙관성을 매개하여 진로포부에 영향을 미 치지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 초등학교 고학년 학생의 진로포부 증진에 부모의 역할이 중요하며, 친 구 및 교사 지지와 낙관성을 증진시키는 것이 필요함을 시사한다.

This study examined peer and teacher support and optimism as a mediator between parents attachment and career aspiration. 391 primary school students in Busan city answered the questionnaire about parents attachment, career aspiration, peer and teacher support and optimism, and. their data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The first result shows that parents attachment had a direct effect on career aspiration. Second, optimism had a direct effect on career aspiration. Third, peer and teacher support and optimism mediated the relationship between parents attachment and career aspiration. Fourth, optimism not mediated the relationship between parents attachment and career aspiration. These findings suggests not only that parents plays an important role to enhance the career aspiration of primary school students in upper grades but also that enhancing the peer and teacher support and optimism is required. implication for further research are discussed.
