Korean Legal System of the Special Acts on Domestic Violence has several flaws as it is following: Firstly, the two special acts on domestic violence are not closely linked each other for victim protection. Secondly, the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, ETC. of Crimes of Domestic Violence has exposed more strongly the characteristics of regulating the offender rather than protecting and supporting the victim. To improve reasonably the legal system concerning the Special Acts of Domestic Violence, this author has suggested the reconstruction of the new domestic violence law which absorbs the strongpoint of victim-oriented policy. When it comes to creating the law successfully, the legal frame is recommended to follow the integrative legislation skill. In other words, three different legal systems shall be applied separately from others as it is following : For the punishment or protective disposition against the offender - the criminal procedure law system, For the prevention or elimination of the dangerousness at a initial stage of the incidents - the administration law system. For securing victims` personal safety and their living - the civil law system. If such pluralistic frames would be used to make the new integrated domestic violence law, it could enhance the adaptability and effectiveness of the activities of law enforcement officers when the concerning authorities are to respond to the incidents.
