고령자의 증가와 함께 노화에 따른 신체적·심리적·사회적 변화에 맞춰 주거의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 주거모델을 개발해야 한다. 이를 위한 선결작업으로 고령자의 주거 요구에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 행위 조사는 의식적·무의식적 측면을 모두 포함한 조사방법 중의 하나로써 주거요구를 분석하는 효과적인 방법이다. 선행연구의 조사방법을 수집하여, 사용 방법의 특성 및 내용을 분석하고 행위조사방법을 도출하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 선행연구에 따르면, 연구 주제에 관계없이 설문조사, 관찰조사, 면접조사를 주로 사용했다. 그러나 신체적·심리적·사회적 변화를 겪고 있는 고령자를 대상으로 하는 연구는 여러 방면으로의 접근이 필요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 고령자 행위 조사를 위한 연구 방법에 대한 제안과 논의를 다루고 있다.

With the increase of the elderly, necessity of development of housing model is growing to improve the quality of housing by fitting the physical, psychological and social changes according to the aging with the increasing of the elderly. Analysis should be required about the housing needs as a prerequisite. To identify the needs of the elderly, deep analysis is needed including unconscious and conscious aspects. Research based on the behaviors is one of the way of investigations to reflect this approach, thus we would like to proceed the study with focusing on the behavior. As a research method, most often used methods and characteristics and contents are analyzed with collecting the investigation method. As a result, surveys, observation and interviews are performed a lot regardless of research subject. However, if the target of survey is the elderly people who are suffering from psychological and social changes and especially if you want to investigate the behavior of the elderly, many ways are needed in different approaches. In this study, the characteristic of each survey methods was designed to identify to improve the elderly behavior research method.
