본 연구는 그린IT주택의 개념을 설명하고 있으며, 그린IT 주택 개념을 토대로 가능한 여러 가지 주거서비스에 관하여 설명하고 있다. 다양한 주거서비스 중에서도 주거관리 분야에 연구의 초점을 두고 있는 것이다. 이러한 주거서비스를 제공함에 있어서 우선적으로 구축하여야 할 작업으로 데이터베이스가 구축 되어야 한다고 제안하고 있다. 이러한 시각에서 그린IT 주택이 필요로 하는 데이터베이스의 종류를 예시로 설명하고 있다. 본 연구에서 제안한 데이터베이스의 종류는 공기 질 관련 데이터베이스와 전력 사용량 데이터베이스가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같이 구축 된 데이터베이스를 기반으로 가능한 주거관리 서비스에 대한 방법과 아이디어에 관하여 논의하고 있다.

This paper describes the concept of the Green IT house and various possible services based on its concept. This study focuses on the housing management principles. For this, the paper stresses that the database should be constructed as a first step for the Green IT house. The databases shown to provide easy understanding are devised examples for air quality control and energy saving. This study discusses on ideas and methods for providing necessary services for the residents.
