변화하는 세상 속에서 우리는 인터넷을 통해 정보를 공유하고 세상과 대화한다. 어린이들에게도 역시 인터넷은 단절된 세상 속에서 손쉽게 접할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 미디어이다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷과 커뮤니케이션의 관계 고찰, 어린이와 인터넷, 포털 사이트의 콘텐츠의 중요성을 연구하였다. 그리고 현재 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 포털 사이트의 콘텐츠를 분석하고 개선 사항을 제안한 후 설문을 통해 제안한 콘텐츠를 검증하였다. 연구결과를 통해, 어린이들도 온라인이든 오프라인이든 간에 소통과 대화를 중요하게 여기고, 여가생활을 위한 공간이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 인터넷이 생활과 떨어질 수 없는 시대에 온라인에서 제공되는 콘텐츠가 점점 더 중요해지는 것도 알 수 있었다.이에 부모와 학교 측에서는 어린이가 인터넷 사용 시 올바른 예절교육을 도모해야 하고, 기업과 사회에서는 어린이의 정서에 부합하는 콘텐츠를 도입하여 올바른 정서를 함양하도록 힘써야 한다. 이 연구는 제안을 통한 기초 연구에 그치지만, 앞으로 연구과제에 있어서 설문조사 방법이 아니라 좀 더 구체적인 방법으로 개선사항을 제시하여 심도 있는 사용자 평가와 이에 대한 분석결과가 있어야 할 것이다.

In a changing world, we share information and communicate with the world on the internet. Children can also access the internet that is communication media. This paper is studied about the relation between internet and communication, the relation between children and internet and the importance of contents. And contents of the most widely used portal-site were analysed and the proposed contents were verified through the survey after proposing improvement items. This study found that children consider the communication on on-line or off-line and children require the space for free time. Also this study found that the offered contents in the on-line become more and more important. For this reason, parents and school should promote internet etiquette lessons. Company and society should also introduce contents fitted child emotion. This should be developed correct emotion. This study is only basis, but in the upcoming project improvement items should be suggested by more specific methods, not the survey and analysis about user evaluation should be presented.
