교수-학습 패러다임이 온라인과 결합된 학습자 중심 교수-학습환경으로 변화됨에 따라 학습효과를 높일 수 있는 디자인에 대한 요구는 높아가고 있으나 이에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 P대학에서 운영하고 있는 e-Learning학습환경과 만족도의 관계를 밝힘으로써 교육효과를 높일 수 있는 교수-학습 디자인의 방향을 설정하는 기초연구로서 진행하였다. 연구 결과 학습환경을 구성하는 시스템 안정성, 이러닝 콘텐츠 난이도의 적절성, 학습분량의 적절성, 교수자의 답변 적절성이 이러닝 학습만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 학습만족도가 높은 학습자는 학습자가 콘텐츠를 선택하여 학습하는 자기주도적 학습환경을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 효과적인 교수-학습 환경을 제공하기 위해서는 이러닝 학습환경을 구성하는 디자인요소를 고려하여 교육효과를 높일 수 있는 사용자 경험을 창출하여야 할 것이다.

In these days, as a learning paradigm changes from an traditional teaching-Learning system to a student-centered learning system, we need to make a design for a higher learning effect more and more. However, the study about that is actually insufficient. In this study, we tried to clarify a relationship between the e-learning system which is operating by P college and students` satisfaction level, and make a way for a new teaching - learning design which can enhance a learning effect. The results show that the system stability, an adequate difficulty level of e-learning contents, adequate learning amount and adequate teacher`s answers affect on the learner`s satisfaction level as positive points, and learners with high satisfaction level prefer the self-selectable and self-directed learning system. In order to build a e-learning system which provides an effective teaching - learning environment to learners, we have to create the user experience by considering design elements for e-learning environment.
