건강주택은 거주자의 기본적 욕구 충족에 집중하는 것에서 나아가 삶의 질을 보다 중요하게 다루고 있다. 그러나 실천적 개념에 근거하여 주택이 계획되더라도 유지관리에 소홀하면 제 기능을 다 할 수 없으므로 건강주택의 유지관리를 위한 매뉴얼 정립을 하여야 한다. 본 연구는 건강주택의 관리 매뉴얼 작성에 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 일반 공동주택과 친환경 공동주택의 생활관리 매뉴얼을 비교·분석하고 있다. 이와 같은 분석을 통해 도출한 건강주택 관리요소는 안전시설안내, 위생시설안내, 생활정보, 공동생활의 규칙, 유익한 생활의 지혜 등이다.

The purpose of this study is to deduct manual elements used as the basis data of health housing management manual. The health housing carry an important meaning for improving resident` quality of life and the satisfaction of resident needs. However, Based on practical concepts of health housing, the house does not function properly. The maintenance of health housing is required to establish a manual. The health housing manual is analyzed by a general and environment of housing management manual element as the basis data of health housing management manual. The result of study is that the health housing management manual should includes a management guideline about safety and sanitation facilities, community facilities information and role, a socially and mentally useful life for residents.
