본 연구는 아파트 단위 주호의 평면 및 각 실에 대한 소비자 의견을 제시한 학술지 논문의 내용을 조사하고 이를 종합·분석하여 그 결과를 도출하였으며 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 침실의 수는 66~98㎡면적 대에서는 3개를 기본으로 2개도 고려, 99~131㎡는3개를 기본으로 4개도 고려132~164㎡는 4개를 기본으로 3개도 고려한다. Bay 수는 소규모 아파트에서 무조건 Bay 수를 늘리는 것은 재고해 보아야 할 것이다. 둘째, 공간의 전/후면 배치는 안방 후면배치와 부엌/식당 전면 배치를 고려하며 거실-식당-부엌의 구성은 L+D+K나 LD+K도 고려한다. 현관-거실은 비 개방, 거실-식당-부엌은 66~98㎡/개방 또는 비 개방, 99~131㎡/식당 개방 또는 부엌+식당 모두 비 개방으로 계획한다. 셋째, 공동공간에서 전실은 가능한 한 제공하며 거실은 특히 66~98㎡ 면적 대에서 확장이 필요하다. 넷째, 개인공간에서 안방은 현재보다 축소하고, 드레스룸은 66~98㎡ 면적 대에서는 필요 없으며, 99~131㎡ 면적대에서는 드레스룸이나 붙박이장 중 한 가지를 선택하고, 132㎡이상에서는 어느 정도 면적이 확보된 드레스룸을 마련해 줄 필요가 있다. 안방 외 침실은 66~98㎡에서는 침실 2를, 99~164㎡ 면적대에서는 침실 2와 3의 확장이 필요하다. 다섯째, 욕실의 수는 면적에 상관없이 2개 설치, 위생기기는 세면기와 변기 외에 가족욕실에는 욕조, 샤워부스를 설치하는 것이 바람직하다. 여섯째, 소비자의 의견을 조사함에 있어 공간의 확장, 분화 등은 아파트 면적 내에서 일정한 공간을 줄이고야 가능하다는 전제 없이 조사된 연구는 현실과 거리가 먼 결과가 도출될 수 있으므로 차후 소비자의 의견조사에서 필히 이를 전제해야 할 것이라 판단된다

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze consumer`s opinions about unit plan and rooms of apartment house. 47 apartment in academic journals were selected for analysis. The findings were as follows: (1) As for the major opinions, there were in need of increasing number of bays, expansion of living room & children`s room for small size apartment, in needs of 2 bathroom, bathtub for family bathroom & shower booth for master bathroom, addition of an entrance vestibule & a dressing room, built-in closet in children`s room and storage on the balcony`s sidewall. (2) As for minor opinions, there were in need of front side allocation of kitchen/dining room, back side allocation of master bedroom, front side allocation of children`s room. (3) In examining consumer`s opinions, it is recommended to inform consumers that expansion or division of spaces requires the reduction of other living spaces. Otherwise, the research outcome can be far from reality.
