건설현장에서는 다양한 작업자, 장비, 자재와 복잡한 상황을 고려할 때 자재관리를 위해서는 자재의 흐름을 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 자재흐름을 정보화하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 자재관리정보화를 위해서는 RFID를 적용하는 것이 효율적이지만 기존의 연구와 적용사례를 살펴보면 RFID 기술을 종합적으로 도입하기 위한 건설분야와 정보기술분야의 체계적인 연계 방안을 제시하기에 미흡하다. 따라서 다양한 특성을 가지고 있는 건설자재와 RFID 기술을 연결 지을 수 있는 통합적이고 분류적인 정보화 방안이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 아파트 건설현장의 건설자재 특성과 정보의 흐름을 고려하여RFID 를 활용한 건설자재관리시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해RFID의 기술적 특성을 알아본 후, 건설현장에서 사용되는 건설자재를 대상으로 RFID를 사용하여 생산의 단계에서부터 현장에 적용, 시공완료하기까지의 자재관리 프로세스를 정리하였다. 또한 생산단계, 시공단계에서 요구되는 정보내용을 정의하여 DB구축과 정보 Layer별 인터페이스를 정의한 후 자재정보의 흐름절차를 체계화하여 시스템 구조를 완성하였다. 이를 통해 자재 별 RFID 부착으로 개별자재정보를 관리할 수 있는 시스템개발을 함으로써 건설자재창고정보, 건설자재현황정보, 세대적치정보 등을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있는 기반을 구축하게 되었다.

Considering the complicated situation of many workers, equipments and diverse materials, it is necessary to make materials flow into information to manage the materials in the construction site efficiently. To make the material management information effectively, RFID can be applied to the materials. However, based on the previous research, it is insufficient to suggest a systematic link between the construction part and the IT part using RFID technology. Therefore, an integrated and categorized way is necessary to connect the material and RFID technology. It is suggested that the construction material management system be developed using RFID according to the information flow and various properties of materials.
