This research is to verify whether shared leadership affects on employee engagement and the moderating effects of resilience. Through result of inspection, the shared leadership does affect on employee`s job commitment and organizational commitment. When seen from a practical side, fixating shared leadership at organization(at organizational level) plays an important rollon improving engagement of organizational members on account of diffusion & exhibition of shared leadership which affects strong positive correlation on the employee engagement. And also the moderating effect of resilience appeared between the transactional shared leadership and job commitment, transactional & delegating shared leadership was from organizational commitment. Transactional shared leadership is related with a fair evaluation, delegating shared leadership is related with adequate compensation; so that the resilience is needed when the problem occurred from those two factors.
