본 연구는 도시형 한옥의 여러 유형에 대한 공간 구성과 배치 구조를 파악하여 아파트 주동배치에 적용시킬 수 있는 다양한 대안을 제시함으로써, 한옥의 현대화를 위한 새로운 방안을 제시하려는데 연구의 궁극적인 목적이 있다. 도시형 한옥과 아파트의 공간 구조는 기능의 위계적인 레벨과 융합적인 측면을 모두 갖고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시형 한옥의 공간 기능 유형을 활용하여 중앙을 중심으로 4bay 의 평면조합 방안을 개발하였다. 공간 배치 구조의 아홉 가지의 유형을 사용하여 아파트 주동의 배치 방법의 다양한 대안들을 제시함으로써, 아파트 주동의 공간 구성에서 주호 평면의 다양성과 주동 배치의 다양성을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 도시 전통 한옥의 평면에 기초한 주동의 배치 유형을 제시하고 있다.

This research relates to spatial configuration in housing buildings for the perspective of the site plan using various types of the traditional urban residences. The economic improvement and development have changed the society and the housing planning with the human life style in the city. Also, there are raising various changes in housing environment. This paper presents various ways of the residential building layout in association with the concept of the traditional urban residences. The research methods are to schematize the concept of the traditional urban residences and suggest a theoretical basis to embody the residential building layout of the apartment mediating between the traditional urban residences and the apartment. Especially, this paper focuses on the iconic layout systems and the planning composition using the types of the traditional urban residences. Finally, this paper presents several layout types of the housing which reflect traditional design disciplines for the housings.
