The consumer of old generation is becoming important due to the change of social environment and their life style. The mobile contents are increasingly developing for them. This paper focuses on the research about the healthcare contents, and suggests graphical user interface for mobile cellular phone based on the contents organization. These Research topics are bellowed, 1) Literature investigation about the old generation`s mental and physical status. 2) The investigation of the ubigutous healthcare system and mobile phone for and old generation. 3) The characteristic of GUI for them. 4) The exploration of healthcare contents through the survey. 5) The suggestion of the GUI design guide line. As a result of survey, the preferred contents for health care are hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. It was extracted hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular. Based on the survey the scenario and detailed contents were created. It has an electrocardiogram monitoring function, the information of the nearest hospital location, the reservation for medical treatment, and average blood pressure check. Finally the GUI design is suggested for the healthcare contents in consideration of old generation.
