우리나라의 아파트는 주택 수의 절대 부족으로 인하여 질적인 수준보다는 양적인 공급이 시급하던 시기에 지어진 20 년 이상 되는 노후 아파트의 수가 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 지금까지 신축되어온 공동주택의 경우 대부분이 벽식 구조에 의한 아파트로 단위 세대내 에서는 공간에 변화에 대한 대응이 매우 힘든 실정이다. 공간변화에 영향을 줄 수 있는 가변벽체 등을 활용하여 거주자의 삶을 향상 시키고자 방안을 보색 하고자 한다.

The number of deteriorated apartments of more than 20 years, which was built in a period that its quantitative supply is urgent rather than its qualitative level due to definite shortage of houses, is increasing exponentially in our county. As most apartment houses newly built until now have wall type structure, a response on space change is very difficult inside a unit household. Therefore, the present research aims to seek a method for improving life of residents by utilizing adjustable wall, etc. that can affect space change.
