본 연구는 모바일 동영상서비스 환경을 분석하여 체계화하여, 컨텐츠 개발을 위한 고려요소를 추출하고 각 요소간의 중요도에 따라 변화되는 컨텐츠 개발 모형을 제안하고자 한다. 동영상컨텐츠 개발을 위한 고려요소로 이동성, 편재성, 접속성, 보안성, 편의성, 개인성, 위치성 등의 무선인터넷 특성을 가지는 소프트웨어적 요소, 이동전화라는 기기적 특성을 반영하는 하드웨어적 요소, 또 기존 영상미디어의 컨텐츠 선호도와 항후 무선인터넷을 통한 동영상컨텐츠의 예상 필요도 등 컨텐츠웨어적 요소, 마지막으로 무선인터넷 환경에서의 사용자 이용실태를 반영한 유스웨어적 요소 등 4 가지 요소로 분석되었다. 이러한 요소 특성을 반영하여 구성된 모형(SHCU 모형)을 제안하며 각 요소의 비중에 따라 기존 동영상컨텐츠의 리모델링 및 신규 컨텐츠개발 등 다각적인 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

In this paper, it is intended to study on contents development model for moving image service to have the competitive power in the wireless Internet market. The method of study is to hypothesize in terms of theoretical study and to verify the validity of the hypothesis to implement a questionnaire survey for the analysis and the extraction of the relational element for the model. Consequently, this essay will be suggested the development model of the contents of moving image suitable for the environment of wireless Internet. The elements exist to develop the contents for moving image service can be classified into software, hardware, useware and contentsware, and each element is applied differently in terms of the size of relational degree for the contents development. Accordingly, the development of new and various contents suitable for the environments of wireless Internet can be made. However, all sorts of problems such as the speed of telecommunication, the technology of computer terminal and the rate systems are scattered. If the problems can be resolved by the constant technology development which is accompanied with the need of user, the services of moving image contents will possibly provide people with the value and benefit which the user have not realized in the existing wireless internet surroundings as a part of competitive service in the next generation.
