웹 제작 프로젝트의 체계적 관리가 중시됨에 따라 많은 웹 에이전시에서 담당자 간 커뮤니케이션 도구로서 프로세스화된 구축방법론을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 프로젝트의 다양한 목표들을 충족시키기에는 프로세스의 확장성 및 유동성이 부족한 것이 사실이며, 특히 프로세스 내 디자인 업무의 경우 창조성이라는 디자인의 특수성을 내포하고 있기 때문에 디자인 업무에 대한 경험이 많지 않은 경영자나 다른 직능을 가진 PM의 경우 디자인 업무 수행과 디자이너의 수준 파악이 쉽지 않다. 본 연구는 각 프로젝트의 특성과 환경적 요인에 따라 프로세스가 개별적으로 분리 조합될 수 있도록 하어 프로젝트의 특수성에 따른 맞춤형 적용이 가능한 웹 구축프로세스를 구축하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 웹 제작 프로세스의 각 단계를 Module 단위로 구성한 pool 형태의 프로세스 모형을 제안하였다. 또한 각 Module 별로 기존 방법론의 구성 요소인 Task, 산출물 외에 수행업무에 대한 디자인 난이도와 담당자별 분류를 추가 포함시킴으로써, 프로세스의 우선순위를 결정하는 참고자료가 되는 동시에, 디자이너의 수준과 기여도를 산출할 수 있는 근거를 제시하고자 하였다.

As the importance of systematic management for the web construction project rise, many web agencies use the processed construction methodology as a communication tool among people charged with a task. However, it is true that the expandability and the flexibility of the process are too short to meet various project objectives. Besides, since the design task has the distinctive characters such as creativeness, it is difficult for managers with other background or little experience to understand the capacity of designers and conduct the design business effectively. This research aims to build up customizable process by each module of process can be recombined according to the characteristics and environmental causes of the project. For this purpose, every stage of web construction process was divided into single unit module and level of difficulties was added to each module. This research is meaningful in terms of providing starting point for quantitative analysis of design process.
