서비스 디자인의 중요성이 대두되면서 많은 기업들은 제품중심에서 벗어나 고객들에게 풍부한 경험을 제공하는 서비스 디자인의 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라, 제품과 서비스 및 네트워크를 결합하여 서비스 가치를 창창출하는 PSS(Product- Service System) 가 등장하였다. 본 연구는 PSS 디자인 프로세스와 디자인 프로세스에서 자주 사용되는 ````더블다이아몬드 디자인 프로세스 모델 모델````을 융합하고, 각 단계별 특성을 고려하여 PSS 디자인도구와 서비스 디자인도구를 조합하여 미러리스 카메라 시장을 중심으로 사용자들의 니즈를 분석하였으며, 니즈를 충족시키기 위한 서비스 디자인을 제안하고 디자인 도구 융합의 효과를 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다 있다. . 본 연구 결과 카메라에 내장이 가능한 촬영기법동영상 ``Video Tutorial`` 과 촬영의 재미를 더 해줄 수 있는 ````출사이벤트 서비스를 제안하였다. 이해관계자 및 서비스의 흐름을 체계적이고 구체적으로 나타내는 PSS 디자인 프로세스 도구들과 아이디어를 시각적으로 제안 할 수 있는 서비스 디자인 도구들을 조합하여 사용한다면 효과적인 서비스 디자인 개발을 이루어 낼 수 있다는 것을 알리고자 한다.

As the importance of service design has been illuminated, many corporations and companies introduce products which provide rich experience at the same time. Consequently, PSS(Product-Service System) which creates service value by combining products, service and network emerged. This study is to prove the effect of converging PSS process and Double Diamond Design process which utilized in designing process often. To do so, characteristics of each step of design process are studied, combined and applied throughout analyzing mirrorless camera users` needs and suggest service design to meet the needs. As the result, this study proposed ``Video Tutorial`` which is stored in camera and ``Taking picture in Outdoor event`` which provides fun experience in the event of taking photo as adequate service design for mirrorless cameras. The ultimate objective of this paper is to draw attention to converging PSS design process tools, which is appropriate for understanding the flow between stakeholders and service, and Service design tools, which visually represent ideas, to achieve an effective service design development.
